How payment works

• 01Once the scope is agreed, we send you an invoice or payment request generated by Stripe, to the email address you gave us.
• 02You open the invoice and pay on Stripe's hosted payment page.
• 03Stripe confirms the payment and we receive notification of the transaction. Work proceeds on the agreed milestone.

Who handles your card details

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, an independent payment provider, on Stripe's own systems. DevSource does not receive, see or store your full card number. We see the transaction status and the billing information required for our invoicing records. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

How to pay safely

• Pay only through the official Stripe invoice or payment link we send you.
• Check that the payment page is hosted by Stripe and loads over HTTPS before entering any details.
• We will never ask you to send card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords by email, chat or phone. Any such request is not from us.
• If an invoice or payment request looks unexpected or altered, stop and confirm with us at contact@devsource.site or +33 5 58 55 38 14 before paying.

What the invoice states

Each invoice sets out the work it covers, the amount, the currency and the due date, together with any applicable taxes. Where a project has been agreed in milestones, each milestone is invoiced separately as it is reached, on the schedule set out in your quote. No amount is charged that was not agreed in writing beforehand, and we do not store payment credentials or set up recurring charges without your agreement.

Receipts and refunds

Stripe issues a receipt for each successful payment, and your invoice remains accessible from the link we sent. Where a refund is due under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, it is issued through Stripe to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
