DevSource builds custom desktop software for businesses and individuals — practical applications that solve a specific operational problem rather than general-purpose products sold off a shelf.
What we do
DevSource is an independent software development practice specialising in Windows desktop applications, automation tools and business software. Work is commissioned per project: we agree what will be built, how it will be built and when it will be delivered before development begins.
We do not sell physical goods, licence keys or downloadable off-the-shelf products. Everything we deliver is developed for the client who commissioned it.

How we work
Every engagement starts with the problem, not the technology. We ask how your process works today, where the manual effort sits, and what a working solution would need to do. The stack is then chosen to fit the requirement — most often C# and .NET for Windows applications, Python for automation, or Electron with TypeScript where a cross-platform interface makes more sense.
Development runs in milestones you can review. On delivery you receive the application, the installer and the source code, so the project remains yours to maintain, extend or hand to another developer.
Services are provided remotely. Communication is direct with the developer doing the work.
